Cho La Pass Everest Base Camp Trek:

This unique trek leads you to the home of the legendary Sherpa people, on the foothill of the highest peak of the world, the Mt. Everest at 8848m. This 18 days trek follows the highly praised trekking route through the Dudh Koshi to its source the Gokyo Lake to the west of the Everest Base Camp. Also known as Everest Circuit trek, this is one of the most adventurous treks in the Everest Himalayas. The excellent treks give the benefit to summit Gokyo peak (5483m) offering a fantastic panoramic view of Cho Oyo, Everest and Makalu etc.During this trekking, we take you through lush valleys with abundant flora and fauna, past friendly Sherpa villages and Buddhist monastaries like tengboche monastery, and far above the tree line towards the earth’s highest mountains. Pictursque villages, great valleys and traditions, colorful festivals and monasteries, the Sagarmatha National Park is rich with floras and faunas.The ultimate challenge in this trek is across Cho La (5330m) and covers both Sokyo Lake and Everest  Base Camp.The trek requires a reasonable level of fitness – enough to walk up and down moderate hills on good trails carrying a small day pack.
During traveling through Khumbu Himal, Gokyo valley and pass, one is rewarded with some of the most dramatic landscapes. Trek goes through the heartland of the Sherpas who are of Tibet origin and passes numerous charming villages, many with picturesque gompas that are spectacularly set amidst its mountainous surrounding. Before reaching the Everest Base camp, the trail follows the Khumbu Glacier with huge ice pinnacles soaring to unbelievable height. Day 01 :Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and 3 hrs trek to Phakding (2610m) 

Day 02 :Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m)

Day 03: Rest and acclimization day in Namche Bazar. Visit Museum of Sagarmatha National park and traditional Sherpa’s Museum, transhimalayan Tibetan market, people and monastery. 

Day 04: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Dole (4200m)

Day 05: Trek from Dole to Machchhermo (4470m)

Day 06: Trek from Machchhermo to Gokyo (4970m)

Day 07 :Rest and Excursion around Gokyo Valley.

Day 08: Trek from Gokyo to Thagnag Kharka (5025 m.)

Day 09: Cross Cho-La pass (5330m) and descend to Dzong-la (4830m)

Day 10: Trek from Dzong-la to Lobuche (4910m)

Day 11: Trek from Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5140m)

Day 12 :Rest :and Excursion around Kalapatthar (5545m), view Everest and return back to Gorak Shep.

Day 13: Trek back from Gorak Shep to Dingboche (4410m)

Day 14: Trek back from Dingboche to Tyangboche (3860m)

Day 15: Trek back from Tyangboche to Namche Bazaar (3440m)

Day 16: Trek back from Namche Bazaar to Phakding (2610m) 

Day 17: Trek back from Phakding to Lukla (2840m)

Day 18: Fly back from Lukla to Kathmandu
